摘要

Abstract

Qingshui River is the largest tributary in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region that directly flows into the Yellow River,and a key water source conservation area,ecological barrier,and ecological corridor in the region.In order to further implement the idea of ecological civilization,the main stream of Qingshui River is taken as the main line,the water resources and the waterfront space of the water area are coordinated,and the main stream,tributaries and backbone reservoirs are coordinated,the water resources are taken as the biggest rigid constraint,the ecological environment of the river is restored.The design of actions mainly includes optimizing reservoir scheduling,improving flow discharge,implementing total water use control,promoting water space improvement,enhancing capabilities of monitoring and early warning,and strengthening ecological flow supervision.The purposes are to accelerate the recovery of eco-environment of Qingshui River,continuously improve the quality and stability of river ecosystem,build a key ecological security barrier in the region,and create a model of river and lake recovery with Ningxia characteristics.
