从"水火失济"论治房颤
Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation from the Perspective of"Fire-Water Disharmony"
摘要
Abstract
From the relationship between sovereign fire,minister fire and kidney water,we discussed the harmonization process of water and fire,and we think that water and fire harmoniously move in the body like a circle.While water deficiency with effulgent fire,water exuberance with fire debilitation,sovereign fire not bright,and failure of ministerial fire to perform work all can make water and fire lose their coordination,affecting heart spirit and resulting in atrial fibrillation.Western medicine believes that autonomic nervous disorder is an important cause of atrial fibrillation.The absolute or relative excitation of sympathetic nerve,the enhancement of atrial myocyte automaticity,and the acceleration of atrioventricular conduction can be manifested as tachyatrial fibrillation.Vagal excitation can also cause atrial electrical remodeling and delay atrioventricular conduction,which is manifested as slow ventricular rate atrial fibrillation.The autonomic nervous system is innervated by the central nervous system,and the interaction between the two can also induce atrial fibrillation.In response to the imbalance between water,fire,yin,and yang,combined with modern medical research on the mechanism of atrial fibrillation,we propose the treatment methods of"nourishing yin and suppressing yang to treat fire","benefiting the source of fire to cultivate vitality",and"supplementing qi and calming shock to regulate mind".The purpose of this is to promote the intersection of heart and kidney,the combination of water and fire,and the harmony of yin and yang,restore the balance of autonomic nervous system,reduce the frequency and duration of atrial fibrillation or terminate the onset of atrial fibrillation,and broaden the thought for the clinical treatment of atrial fibrillation.关键词
