笔者深入研究了陶瓷电容器在电力电子应用中的性能优化方法,以提高其在现代电子设备中的关键性能.从材料选择与优化、结构设计优化、温度稳定性改进、降低漏电流以及寿命和可靠性改进等多个方面探讨了相关方法.通过精心选择陶瓷材料、改进结构设计、控制漏电流和优化温度稳定性,可以显著提高陶瓷电容器的性能和可靠性,从而满足不断变化的电子设备需求,推动电力电子技术的不断进步.

In this paper,the performance optimization methods of ceramic capacitors in power electronics applications are studied in depth to improve their key performance in modern electronic devices.The relevant methods are discussed from the aspects of material selection and optimization,structural design optimization,temperature stability improvement,leak-age current reduction,life and reliability improvement.Through careful selection of ceramic materials,improved structural design,control of leakage current and optimization of temperature stability,the performance and reliability of ceramic ca-pacitors can be significantly improved to meet the changing needs of electronic equipment and promote the continuous pro-gress of power electronics technology.
