珠江流域(片)"2024.4"暴雨洪水分析OA
An analysis of storms and floods occurring in the Pearl River Basin in April 2024
以2024年4月珠江流域(片)系列暴雨洪水过程为研究对象,对降雨成因、降雨过程、降雨特点,洪水过程、洪水组成、洪水特点,水利工程作用等方面进行了全面分析总结.结果表明:2024年4月珠江流域(片)共发生5次强降雨过程,强降雨场次多、历时长且累计雨量大、影响范围广,受其影响,北江、东江、韩江共发生6次编号洪水,此次系列洪水过程发生时间早、量级大、频次高.在应对洪水过程中,流域防洪工程联合调度运用防洪效益十分明显,最大程度减轻了流域沿线防洪压力,确保了重要地区的防洪安全.
A comprehensive analysis and summary are conducted on the causes of rainfall,rainfall process,rainfall characteristics,flood process,flood composition,flood characteristics and the impact of water projects,by taking a series of rainstorm and flood processes in the Pearl River basin in April 2024 as the research object.The results reveal that there are five heavy rainfall processes in the Pearl River basin in April 2024,which are characterized by several heavy rainfall events,long duration,large cumulative rainfall and wide impact range.The Pearl River Basin endured six numbered floods in the Beijiang,Dongjiang,and Hanjiang rivers due to the persistent heavy rainfalls.This series of flood processes has the characteristics of early occurrence,large magnitude,and high frequency.The coordinated operation of flood projects in the basin achieved significant flood benefits,during this flooding process,minimizing flood pressure along the basin,and effectively ensuring the flood safety in important areas.
