Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation effect and value of continuous nursing guided by the Omaha system in discharged patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods According to the random number table method,a total of 100 discharged patients with liver cirrhosis from Sanming First Hospital,Fujian Province were divided into a control group and an observation group between January 2020 and January 2022.Both groups contained 50 patients.The control group carried out routine nursing and outpatient follow-up,while the observation group carried out continuous nursing guided by the Omaha system.The treatment compliance,liver function parameters,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after discharge,the observation group had better scores of the Frankl Compliance Scale and the Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire,as well as better levels of aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT),serum total bile acid(TBA),and total bilirubin(TBIL)than the control group,and both groups performed better than they did before discharge,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing guided by the Omaha system for discharged patients with liver cirrhosis has a positive impact on their treatment compliance,liver function,and quality of life.关键词
