From "What" to Discuss the Cultivation of Famous Teachers and Craftsmen in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The cultivation of teachers is the key factor to improve the quality and efficiency of higher vocational education under the guidance of the new era.As the historical transition,the cultivation of famous teachers and craftsmen in higher vocational colleges is the essence of cultivating high-quality technical talents,the destination of propagating the spirit of educators with Chinese-style characteristics,the pursuit of realizing the modernization of higher vocational education,and the purport of advancing the construction of a powerful education country in the new era.The development process of teacher cultivation in higher vocational colleges is long,especially the evolutionary characteristics of the cultivation of famous teachers and craftsmen based on its object,demand,mode and system,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of famous teachers and craftsmen.Based on the four dimensions of"upper and lower linkage","tough and gentle","crisscrossing"and"internal and external combination",higher vocational colleges should build a system of cultivating famous teachers and craftsmen to provide traction,assurance,power and support for the cultivation,so as to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era.关键词
