Abstract
Teacher self-care is a key factor in enhancing teacher well-being and professional motivation.It plays a crucial role in preventing occupational stress,alleviating occupational burnout,reducing turnover rates,and maintaining both physi-cal and mental health while enhancing resilience.Teacher self-care is a psychological activity and behavioral practice where educators treat themselves well.Through effective self-awareness and reflection,teachers actively engage in activities benefi-cial to their physical and mental well-being,aiming to strike a balance between personal life and profession.This proactive approach fosters self-improvement and development.The value of teacher self-care encompasses cultivating teachers'posi-tive emotions,promoting teachers'autonomous development,enhancing teachers'life values,contributing to students'growth and success,and building harmonious interpersonal relationships.The content framework of teacher self-care in-cludes two primary dimensions:the psychological aspect and the behavioral aspect,with five secondary dimensions—emo-tion,cognition,regulation,personal self-care,and professional self-care.关键词
