教师自我关怀是提升教师幸福感和专业动力的关键要素,它对预防职业压力、缓解职业倦怠、降低离职率以及维护身心健康、增强复原力等具有重要作用.教师自我关怀是教师善待自己的心理活动和行为实践,教师通过有效地认识与反思自我,主动开展有益于身心健康、提升幸福感的活动,对身体、心灵、精神和职业等各方面积极修炼,以平衡个人生活与职业,促进自我完善与发展.其价值包括:培养教师的积极情感、促进教师的自主发展、提升教师的生命价值、助力学生的成长成才、构建和谐的人际关系.教师自我关怀的内容框架包括心理层面和行为层面两个一级维度,情感、认知、调节、个人自我关怀和职业自我关怀五个二级维度.

Teacher self-care is a key factor in enhancing teacher well-being and professional motivation.It plays a crucial role in preventing occupational stress,alleviating occupational burnout,reducing turnover rates,and maintaining both physi-cal and mental health while enhancing resilience.Teacher self-care is a psychological activity and behavioral practice where educators treat themselves well.Through effective self-awareness and reflection,teachers actively engage in activities benefi-cial to their physical and mental well-being,aiming to strike a balance between personal life and profession.This proactive approach fosters self-improvement and development.The value of teacher self-care encompasses cultivating teachers'posi-tive emotions,promoting teachers'autonomous development,enhancing teachers'life values,contributing to students'growth and success,and building harmonious interpersonal relationships.The content framework of teacher self-care in-cludes two primary dimensions:the psychological aspect and the behavioral aspect,with five secondary dimensions—emo-tion,cognition,regulation,personal self-care,and professional self-care.
