Research on the Evolution of Knowledge Sharing Strategies in Online Teacher Professional Development

Abstract
Teacher knowledge sharing is crucial in promoting online professional development.This study explores the struc-ture of teacher knowledge-sharing networks to reveal the evolving micro-mechanisms influencing teacher knowledge-sharing strategies in online spaces.Combining the complex network theory,an evolutionary game model is constructed and simula-tion techniques are employed to dynamically deduce the diffusion of knowledge-sharing behaviour among teachers within a scale-free network environment.The findings indicate that teacher knowledge collaboration ability,knowledge-sharing bene-fits,and costs significantly impact their sharing strategies.The smaller knowledge-sharing networks are more sensitive to teachers'strategy choices than the larger networks.After a certain number of evolutions within the knowledge-sharing net-work,the centrality of network nodes does not significantly affect teachers'knowledge-sharing strategy choices.Based on these findings,recommendations are made to enhance knowledge sharing among teachers in online teacher professional de-velopment.关键词
