Abstract
Objective:To observe the the situation of replantation retention at failed implant sites and analyze their related influencing factors.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 159 patients(173 replan-ted implants)who failed their first implantation and received replantation at the failed site.The clinical data related to suc-cessful and failed reimplantation was compared,and the influencing factors of reimplantation failure at implant failure sites was analyzed.Results:Seventeen cases(9.83%)of 173 failed replantations were in the failure group,while 156 cases(90.17%)of remaining implants were in the retention group.There were significant differences in age,smoking,diabetes,jaw position between the failure group and the retention group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,smoking and diabetes were the influencing factors of implant failure site replantation failure.Survival analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in implant failure site replantation survival for patients with different ages,differ-ent smoking conditions and diabetes(Log-rank P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a high survival rate of replantation at implant failure.After the first implant failure,replantation at the site can be carried out.Age,smoking and diabetes are related factors affecting replantation survival.关键词
