海洋经济生态系统构建新方法
New Constructing Method of Marine Economic Ecosystem
摘要
Abstract
Based on the thought of complex economy,the paper constructs the marine economic ecosystem of the Hainan Free Trade Port,which refers to the open system of the marine industry,marine ecology,and marine-related industries and policies in the integration and innovation of the free trade port system.The results show that the marine economy of Hainan Free Trade Port has the characteristics of typical complex economic ecosystem,and the development of marine industry should integrate and coexist with the industrial chain,supply chain,ecological chain,and value chain of Hainan Free Trade Port to create new value of marine economy.The development of the marine economy should be coordinated with the protection and management of the marine eco-environment,and the formation of a human-oriented marine eco-culture should be promoted while developing the marine industry with high quality.The policy advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port can be further transformed into internal and external environmental advantages of the marine economic ecosystem,and there is a need to pay attention to the development of strategic emerging marine industries and cultivate new growth points of the marine economy.关键词
