时空实体模型在港口车船监管中的应用与实现OA
Application and implementation of spatio-temporal entity model in vehicle and ship monitoring at ports
本文基于时空实体模型、北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)、空间数据库等技术,构建了车辆和船舶实体资源,建立了港口车船监控管理系统,提供了车辆/船舶实体的目录导航、实时位置监控、实体查询展示、历史轨迹回放、运行状态监控、智能围栏管理、轨迹时空分析等功能,实现了全方位、多层次、多元化车船信息的实时提取和监控,能够以实体形式直观展示车辆和船舶的六要素特征,使车船监管信息价值密度更高,可查询性、可分析性更强,从而有效提高了车船监管的精细化程度和效率,可为港口车船监控和管理工作提供更加高效的服务支撑.
Based on the spatio-temporal entity model,Beidou navigation satellite system(BDS),global positioning system(GPS),web geographic information system(WebGIS),and spatial database,the vehicle and ship entities were constructed,and a vehicle and ship monitoring system at ports was established.The system provided functions such as vehicle/ship directory navigation,real-time location monitoring,entity query display,historical trajectory playback,operation status monitoring,intelligent fence management,and spatio-temporal track analysis.It enabled real-time extraction and monitoring of all-round,multilevel,and diversified vehicle and ship information,presenting the six fundamental characteristics of vehicle and ship entities,increasing the value density of vehicle and ship monitoring information,and enhancing query and analytic abilities.Thus,the system enhanced the precision and efficiency of vehicle and ship monitoring,serving as a more effective support for vehicle and ship monitoring and management at ports.
