海藻酸钠-纳米氧化锌复合膜的制备及表征OA北大核心CSTPCD
Preparation and characterization of sodium alginate-nano-ZnO composite film
为改善海藻酸钠膜的性能,并赋予其一定的抑菌性.以海藻酸钠为成膜基材,添加不同含量的纳米氧化锌作为抗菌、抗紫外物质,制备一种具有抗菌、抗紫外双重功能的复合包装薄膜.借助紫外光谱、X射线衍射图谱等对复合膜结构进行表征,对复合膜的机械性能、阻湿性能及光学性能进行测试并分析.结果表明,纳米氧化锌的加入没有改变海藻酸钠膜的结构,复合膜有较强的抗紫外性能,纳米氧化锌与海藻酸钠相容性良好;复合膜具有抗菌性,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果强于大肠杆菌.纳米氧化锌的加入提高了复合膜的机械性能与阻湿性能,当纳米氧化锌含量为5%时,有最大的拉伸强度17.13 MPa,最小的水蒸气透过系数8.05×10-11 g/(m·s·Pa).ALG-5%ZnO为最佳配比的复合膜.研究为纳米氧化锌在包装薄膜领域的应用提供参考.
In order to improve the performance of sodium alginate film and endow it with certain antibacterial activity,a composite packaging film with dual functions of antibacterial and UV resistance was prepared by using sodium alginate as the film-forming substrate and adding different contents of nano-ZnO as antibacterial and UV resistant substances.The structure of the composite film was characterized by using UV spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction patterns,and the mechanical properties,moisture resistance,and optical properties of the composite film were tested and analyzed.The results show that the addition of nano-ZnO did not change the structure of sodium alginate film.The composite film has strong UV resistance and the nano-ZnO has good compatibility with sodium alginate.The antibacterial test found that the composite film has antibacterial property,and its antibacterial effect on S.aureus is stronger than that of E coli.The addition of nano-ZnO improves the mechanical properties and moisture resistance of the composite film.When the nano-ZnO content is 5%,it has a maximum tensile strength of 17.13 MPa and a minimum water vapor transmission coefficient of 8.05×10-11 g/(m·s·Pa).ALG-5%ZnO is the composite film with the best ratio.The research provides a reference for the application of nano-ZnO in the field of packaging film.
