摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the performance of camellia oleifera fruit husking machine,increase the removal rate and reduce the seed breaking rate,based on the biological characteristics of camellia oleifera fruit and the working principle and structural characteristics of common husking machines,a spiral extrusion method of camellia oleifera fruit husking with adjustable gap was proposed,and a simulation model of camellia oleifera fruit husking through EDEM was built.The feasibility of the dehulling process was analyzed.The dehulling roll speed,screen roll gap and water content were chosen,and the orthogonal optimization experiment was carried out with the comprehensive weighted score of the removal rate and the seed breaking rate.The results show that the significant order of influence on the comprehensive index is roller speed,water content and screen roll gap.The optimized roll speed is 350 r/min,screen roll gap is 30 mm,and water content is 55%.Under these conditions,three verification tests were carried out,and the removal rate is 97.19%,the seed breaking rate is 2.85%,and the processing capacity can reach 2 t/h.The research results can provide reference for the hulling processing of camellia oleifera fruit.
