摘要

Abstract

Digital labor education is the product of the coupling of digital technology and labor education,represent-ing a distinctive form of labor education development in the new era.As an important channel for the training of digital la-borers,it is urgent to further clarify a series of ontological issues such as what is digital labor education,what is its use and how to carry out it.The article employs an analytical logic of"labor"-"labor education"-"digital"-"digital labor educa-tion"to expound the significance of digital labor education in the new era,dissecting the contents of digital labor education mainly including digital technology education,disciplinary digital labor education,productive digital labor education and service-oriented digital labor education.Compared to the life skills emphasized in traditional labor education,digital labor education highlights characteristics of intelligence,convenience,developmental aspects,and integration.Digital labor edu-cation holds threefold value:its societal value lies in being an effective measure for advancing digital productivity;its edu-cational value lies in being a fundamental path to foster the self-development of digital entities;and its practical value lies in endowing labor education with diverse modes of interactive integration.The strategies for implementing digital labor ed-ucation include:adhering to a people-centered philosophy in digital labor education to prevent a tendency toward techno-logical addiction;establishing output-oriented goals for digital labor education to enhance talents'digital literacy;con-structing digital lifestyle content for digital labor education to foster a healthy digital life;emphasizing the method of col-laborative education with multiple subjects in digital labor education to improve the quality of digital labor education;adopting diverse evaluation methods for digital labor education to assess its quality.
