旧城特色街市多元价值场景与更新治理路径研究OA

To promote the realization of"old city,new vitality"with higher quality is the task of Guangzhou urban renewal.Starting from the phenomenon of"Super Wenheyou",this paper takes the case of a characteristic street market on Baoye Road in Haizhu District,Guangzhou as the entry point,and draws on the"scene"theory to observe the typical scene of Baoye Road from three value dimensions of"authenticity","legitimacy"and"drama".This paper analyzes the functional composite,scene evolution and interface inclusion characteristics of the spatial form of the street based on these multi-value scenes,and puts forward the renewal and governance principles of the old city street based on"time-sharing","non-guidance","scene-building"and"continued construction",so as to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of the characteristic street in the old city.
