考虑抗震设防的房屋建筑暴露度评估方法研究OACSTPCD

Building Exposure Evaluation Method Considering Seismic Fortification Level

以北京市房山区为例,利用行政单元房屋、人口统计数据和人口密度数据确定房山区房屋建筑面积的地理空间分布,根据计算出的房山区建筑易损性矩阵,分别结合重置成本法和市场价法对房山区房屋的暴露度进行评估.结果表明:①根据重置成本法和市场价法评估的房山房屋建筑价值分别为1 471.70亿元和32 162.90亿元;②根据重置成本法考虑抗震设防水平和不考虑抗震设防水平评估的地震暴露度分别为64.50亿元和1 027.40亿元,分别占房山房屋建筑总价值的4.38%和69.81%,前者理论上更接近地震灾害可能的损失最大值,对提高地震风险评估结果的准确性有重要的实践价值.

Taking Fangshan District in Beijing City for example,we used the administrative unit's housing data,population statistics data and population density data to determine the geographical spatial distribution of building area in the district.Then,according to the building earthquake damage matrix,we used the replacement cost method and the market comparison method to evaluate the exposure of Fangshan's buildings.The re-sults indicate that①the values of Fangshan's building construction are 147.17 billion yuan and 3 216.299 billion yuan evaluated by the replace-ment cost method and market value method,respectively.②Based on the replacement cost method,the earthquake exposure are 6.45 billion yuan and 102.74 billion yuan evaluated considering seismic fortification level and without seismic fortification level,accounting for 4.38%and 69.81%of the total value of buildings in Fangshan,respectively.The evaluation that considering seismic fortification level may be closer to the maximum possible loss of an earthquake disaster,which improves the accuracy of earthquake risk assessment results and has important practical value.
