切顶卸压及复合支护体系在沿空留巷中的应用OA
Application of roof cutting pressure relief and composite support system in gob-side entry retaining
为解决伊田煤业W3305综采工作面厚层坚硬顶板和塑性底板组合造成的沿空留巷矿压显现和巷道变形严重问题,对工作面地质条件进行分析,采用双向聚能定向爆破方法切断留巷临空侧顶板悬臂梁结构,降低顶板关键层回转应力;通过浇筑柔模墙和对其底板进行注浆加固,对沿空侧巷道顶底板施加稳定支撑;通过新型锚索综合支护,解决端头支架破坏锚索以及破碎顶板锚索失效问题.结果表明:采取双向聚能爆破切顶卸压+柔模墙支护+新型锚索支护+底板软岩加固策略能够有效解决巷道变形失稳问题,约节省费用超500万元.
In order to solve the serious problems of mine pressure and roadway deformation caused by the combination of thick hard roof and plastic floor in No.W3305 fully mechanized working face,the geological conditions of the working face were analyzed,and the bidirectional directional blasting method was adopted to cut off the cantilever beam structure of the open side roof of the working face and reduce the revolving stress of the key layer of the roof.The roof and floor of the roadway along the empty side were supported steadily by casting the flexible mold wall and strengthening the bottom plate by grouting.Through the new integrated support of anchor cable,the failure of anchor cable and broken roof cable were solved.The results showed that the strategy of bidirectional shaped blasting,roof cutting and pressure relief,flexible mold wall support,new anchor cable support and floor soft rock reinforcement can effectively solve the problem of roadway deformation and instability,and save about 5 million yuan.
