在数字技术快速发展的背景下,数字化转型成为企业提高竞争力、实现高质量发展的必然要求.本文基于熊彼特假说视角,利用 2011~2022 年我国沪深A股上市公司数据,分析企业规模和市场竞争对企业数字化转型的影响.研究发现:企业规模对企业数字化转型具有非线性促进作用,且边际效应递减;市场竞争和企业数字化转型之间呈"倒U型"关系,即在某一市场竞争程度下,企业数字化转型意愿达到峰值,超过这一阀值,企业的数字化转型意愿逐渐降低.异质性检验表明,若企业是国有企业或制造业企业,企业规模对数字化转型的推动效应具有稳定性.进一步分析发现,企业规模与市场竞争的交互作用会抑制企业数字化转型.据此,本文提出促进企业数字化转型的对策建议.

Against the background of rapid development of digital technology,digital transformation has become an inevita-ble requirement for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and realize high-quality development.Based on the perspective of Schumpeter's hypothesis,this paper analyzes the impact of enterprise size and market competition on enterprise digital transforma-tion by using the data of China's A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022.The study finds that:en-terprise size has a non-linear promotion effect on enterprise digital transformation,and the marginal effect is diminishing;market competition and enterprise digital transformation is an"inverted U"type relationship,that is,in a certain degree of market com-petition,the enterprise digital transformation willingness to reach the peak,more than this threshold,the enterprise digital trans-formation willingness gradually decreased.The heterogeneity test shows that if the enterprise is a state-owned enterprise or a manu-facturing enterprise,the driving effect of enterprise size on digital transformation is stable.Further analysis finds that the interaction between enterprise size and market competition inhibits enterprise digital transformation.Accordingly,this paper proposes counter-measures to promote the digital transformation of enterprises.
