摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The study aims to identify the PpNAC genes affecting peach fruit ripening and analyze its expression changes in different developmental stages of peach fruit for laying a foundation to understand the molecular mechanism of peach fruit ripening.[Method]Transcriptome analysis of differ-ent tissues were used to identify the PpNAC genes highly expressed in peach fruit from 115 PpNAC gene family members.Further bioinformatics analysis,protein interaction analysis and expression anal-ysis were analyzed.[Result]A number of 16 PpNAC genes highly expressed in peach fruit were identi-fied,and distributed on different 8 chromosomes.The protein molecular weight and isoelectric point were different.The coding region of gene contained the NAM conserved domain and motif 1-6,inclu-ding 3-8 exons and 2-7 introns.The most numerous cis-regulatory elements in promoters were involved in abscisic acid and jasmonic acid.In addition,four PpNAC proteins interacting with the PpNAC1 were obtained by interaction screening with a reported NAC member regulating peach fruit ripening.Further expression analysis showed that the expression levels of these four PpNAC genes reached the highest at the beginning and late stages of fruit ripening.[Conclusion]The PpNAC genes may partici-pate in the regulation of peach fruit ripening.
