人脐带间充质干细胞治疗妊娠期糖尿病小鼠的机制研究OACSTPCD
Mechanism Study of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in the Treatment of Mice with Gestational Diabetes
本研究旨在探索人脐带间充质干细胞(hUCMSCs)对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)模型小鼠血糖控制的有效性及其作用机制,为治疗GDM研究新的方法.研究采用组织块培养法获得hUCMSCs,使用D12451高脂饲料饲养雌性小鼠后腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)溶液诱导2型糖尿病,再将2型糖尿病的小鼠雄雌合笼过夜,次日早上以阴栓及镜检精子记为妊娠第1天,妊娠第4天测空腹血糖.空腹血糖浓度>11.2 mmol/L,并出现多饮、多食、多尿者定为GDM模型小鼠.通…查看全部>>
