东营市垦利区某水厂为提高供水水质,需对现状水厂进行升级改造.水厂总规模为6万m3/d,拟建地块的吨水用地指标偏低,出水水质在执行国家现行的《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)基础上,要求浑浊度小于0.3 NTU.文章总结了该水厂处理工艺升级改造方案的比选、制定,详细介绍了臭氧-活性炭工艺在该项目中的设计及应用.该水厂臭氧-活性炭深度处理工艺的运行改善了水的色度、臭和味等感官指标,提高氨氮、亚硝酸盐、有机卤化物等耗氧指标的保障率,特别是当夏季水质恶化、水源含泥沙量较大时,可保障出水水质稳定,保证城市供水安全.

In order to improve water quality,a water treatment plant(WTP)in Kenli District,Dongying City needs to upgrade the current WTP.The total scale of the WTP is 60 000 m3/d.The metric ton water land index of the proposed plot is low,and the effluent water quality is less than 0.5 NTU based on the requirement of Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022).This paper summarizes the comparison and formulation of the upgrading and reconstruction of the treatment process of the WTP,and introduces the design and application of ozone-activated carbon process in this project in detail.The operation of ozone-activated carbon advanced treatment technology in this WTP can improve the sensory indices such as chrominance,smell and taste of water,and improve the guarantee rate of aerobic indices such as ammonia nitrogen,nitrite and organic halide.Especially when the water quality deteriorates in summer and the water source contains large amount of mud,it can guarantee the stability of effluent water quality and ensure the safety of urban water supply.
