近二十年我国教师素养研究现状、热点及趋势
The Status,Hotspots,and Trends in Chinese Teacher Competency Research Over the Past Two Decades
摘要
Abstract
This study examines the developmental trajectory,hotspots,and trends in Chinese teacher competency from 2003 to 2023.Through an a-nalysis of 1,759 documents with the aid of CiteSpace software,the evolution of teacher competency from initial exploration to diverse growth was revealed.The research focuses on teachers'core competency,professional competency,and those of information literacy,and digital literacy,with a particular em-phasis on the importance of information technology application,interdisciplinary skills,and innovative thinking in the digital era.Additionally,enhancing the competency of rural teachers is identified as crucial for the development of rural education.The study also highlights the significance of moral education and ideological and political theories teaching in all courses in teacher competency research,and reflects the humanistic value of education.In the future,research into teacher competency is expected to more closely integrate theory with practice to rise up to the challenges posed by globalization and technolog-ical advancements.And this will provide a comprehensive perspective on the historical development and future directions of teacher competency in China,which is of great significance to the research and practice of such competency.关键词
