揿针治疗胚胎移植合并心肾不交型失眠的疗效观察OACSTPCD

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thumbtack needle therapy following the point-opening time of Ling Gui Ba Fa(eight magic turtle techniques)in treating insomnia due to disharmony between the heart and kidney after embryo transfer and the effect on pregnancy outcome.Method Seventy-two patients with insomnia due to disharmony between the heart and kidney after embryo transfer were randomized into a control group and a thumbtack needle group,each consisting of 36 cases.The recruited patients all received guidance on mood,diet,and daily life to relieve stress and anxiety.The thumbtack needle group started to receive thumbtack needle therapy following the point-opening hour of Ling Gui Ba Fa,and the control group received no other interventions.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to assess the patient's sleep quality before and after the treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical pregnancy rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,the PSQI total score was lower in the thumbtack needle group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 86.1%in the thumbtack needle group versus 11.1%in the control group,and the thumbtack needle group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The thumbtack needle group had a clinical pregnancy rate of 47.2%,higher than 30.6%in the control group,but the difference was statistically insignificant(P＞0.05).Neither group had adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion Thumbtack needle therapy following the point-opening hour of Ling Gui Ba Fa can improve the patient's sleep quality,enhance clinical efficacy,and benefit the clinical pregnancy rate in treating insomnia due to disharmony between the heart and kidney after embryo transfer.
