建立柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法测定巴戟天中氨基酸含量,采用氨基酸比值系数法评价其营养价值.采用盐酸水解法制得巴戟天氨基酸供试品溶液,以异硫氰酸苯酯和三乙胺为柱前衍生化试剂,采用高效液相色谱法,使用Ultimate Amino Acid色谱柱(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)以0.1 mol/L无水乙酸钠-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温40 ℃,检测波长为254 nm,测定氨基酸含量;通过氨基酸比值、氨基酸比值系数、氨基酸比值系数分等评价其营…查看全部>>
