中国式经济现代化的评价体系构建及实现路径
Construction and Implementation Path of Evaluation System for Chinese Path to Economic Modernization

Abstract
Chinese path to economic modernization is a high-quality development of the economy,which is based on the basic national conditions of"a huge population",achieving the ultimate goal of socialism,"common prosperity for all people",and achieving a domestic and international dual cycle development pattern of"taking the path of peaceful development".At the same time,it also takes into account the high-quality economic development of"coordinated material and spiritual civilization"and"harmonious coexistence between humans and nature".This paper explores the realization path of Chinese path to modernization from the perspective of the combination of quantitative scoring measurement and qualitative theoretical analysis,and systematically constructs five first level indicators of China's economic modernization,namely,economic development,economic structure,economic fairness,economic openness,and economic security,as well as an evaluation system that subdivides 10 tertiary indicators under each primary indicator.Through the entropy weight TOPSIS method and the obstacle degree model,the dynamic change trend of the comprehensive economic score of Chinese path to modernization is quantitatively evaluated,and the main key obstacles to further improving economic development are identified.The research results indicate that China's economic modernization has steadily improved and achieved fruitful improvements from 2012 to 2021.The level of economic modernization has gone through three stages,the slowly rising period,the short-term downturn and the accelerating upward trend.During this period,the obstacle factors affecting China's economic modernization have transitioned from factors related to economic development,economic equity,and economic structural to factors related to economic openness and economic security.It is in line with the current background of global external environmental degradation and an increase in risks and hidden dangers in key domestic fields.Finally,this paper proposes the following relevant suggestions based on empirical analysis to revitalize the economy:promote high-level economic openness and smooth domestic and international dual circulation;promote stable foreign trade and attract foreign investment,and optimize economic cooperation with the international community;pay high attention to economic security and financial risks,and hold the bottom line of safety.关键词
