Effects of Different Culture Conditions on the Growth of Spirulina
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the growth conditions and improve the quality of Spirulina,this experiment used single factor tests,determined the optical density value and dry matter content of Spirulina,and explored the effects of different culture conditions(light time,pH,sodium chloride concentration,flask shake times and glucose concentration)on the growth of Spirulina.The results showed that the suitable conditions for the growth of Spirulinawere:the light-dark cycle ratio was 12∶12,the pH was about 9.0,the salt concentration was 0.1 mol/L,and the glucose concentration was 3.0 g/L,as well as increasing the number of shake flasks for Spirulina.关键词
