Accelerating the Development of New Quality Productive Forces in the Industrial Field:History,Characteristics,and Pathways
摘要
Abstract
New quality productive forces is the new quality of productivity in the context of the global advancement of the new scientific and industrial revolution and China's entry into a new stage of development,playing a significant role in building a modern industrial system and achieving high-quality economic development.In the industrial sector,the advancement of productivity has the historical logic of revolutionary breakthroughs based on technology,the change in production relations through the reconfiguration of production factors,and triggering industrial transformation and upgrading.Compared to traditional productivity,new quality productive forces is characterized by the characteristics of data and information as key elements,disruptive innovation as the fundamental source,the capability to achieve a green and low-carbon transformation for the whole society,and generating strong spillover effects,which together form the basic framework of new quality productive forces.To further accelerate the development of new quality productive forces in the industrial field,it is necessary to strengthen original technological innovation to form a strategic source of new quality productive forces,break through"bottleneck"technological constraints to ensure the development safety of new quality productive forces,cultivate emerging and future industries to solidify the carriers for the development of new quality productive forces and promote domestic circulation to stimulate the demand vitality of new quality productive forces.关键词
