家庭社会工作课程社会实践一流课程建设研究OA

家庭社会工作课程实务性强的特点,正好顺应教育部建设社会实践一流课程的要求.该课程坚持"学生中心,需求与能力双导向"的教育理念,将校内课堂与实践基地相结合,以提升学生家庭服务能力为目标,渗透融入家国情怀、人格健全、职业道德和社会责任的情感价值观,开展社会实践一流课程建设.目前,课程已经形成如下特色,一是项目嵌入基地和双导师制育人协同提高学生解决复杂问题能力;二是理论教学课堂与实践教学服务协作融入思政元素提升育人效果;三是社会实践课程与实践教学基地联合增强学生社会服务体验经历.课程的持续建设发展必须要紧跟新时代,聚焦新文科,继续加强思政育人功能,密切课程与地方经济社会发展之间的联系,师生互动共同生产社会工作专业实践性知识.

Family social work emphasizes social practice.It adapt to the requirements of the Ministry of Education in building a first-class social practice course.The course adheres to the educational concept of"student-centered,demand-oriented and ability-oriented",combining on-campus classroom with practice base.It pays attention to improve the students'ability of the family service,infiltrating emotional values of patriotism,sound personality,professional ethics,and social responsibility.At present,the course has formed the following characteristics.Firstly,it improves the students'ability to solve complex problems by embedding the project into the base and exploring two-instructor system.Additionally,it enhances the effectiveness of education by integrating ideological and political elements into the theoretical teaching classrooms and practical teaching.Finally,it strengthens the students'social service experience through social practice course and practical bases.The continuous construction of the course must keep up with the new era and focus on the new liberal arts.It is necessary to strengthen the function of ideological and political education,close the relationship between the course and local economic and social development,and to jointly produce practical knowledge of social work with the interacting between teachers and students.
