线粒体自噬在阿尔茨海默病研究领域的研究热点和研究趋势——基于Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库的可视化分析
Research hotspots and tendency of mitophagy in the research field of Alzheimer's disease:a visualized analysis based on the Web of ScienceTM Core Collection database

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and tendency of mitophagy in the field of Alzheimer's disease(AD)by employing the bibliometric method based on the Web of ScienceTM Core Collection database.Methods Literature related to mitophagy and AD in the Web of ScienceTM Core Collection database was retrieved.The CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software,CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software,VOSviewer software,and Bibliometric online analysis platform were used to perform literature analysis,and to draw visual knowledge graph.Results A total of 257 literature related to mitophagy and AD was enrolled,and the annual number of literature publications exhibited an increasing trend year by year.Reddy PH was the most published and influential author,Texas Tech University was the most published institution,and the United States of America was the most published country.The hot keywords in this research field contained Alzheimer's disease,oxidative stress,β amyloid protein,mouse model,mitochondrial dysfunction,etc.Cognitive decline,abnormal interaction,tau protein,parkin-mediated mitophagy,and dynamin-related protein 1 were the future research tendency in the field of mitophagy and AD.Conclusion The correlation of mitophagy and related proteins with pathogenesis of AD has attracted more and more attention.In addition to β amyloid protein and tau protein,dynamin-related protein 1 and parkin protein are also the key proteins of mitophagy in the occurrence and development of AD,and the complex mechanism involved in them need to be further explored.关键词
