Neurological nurses'cognition and practice status of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing

Abstract
Objective To investigate the cognition and practice status of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing among neurological nurses.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 142 neurological nurses by convenience sampling method,and the cognitive level and practice of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing of neurological nurses were analyzed.Results The score of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing knowledge questionnaire was(47.07±11.17)points,and the correct rate was 47.07%.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of the neurological critical rehabilitation nursing knowledge questionnaire among nurses with different ages,working years,educational background,and professional titles(P<0.05).69.0%(98/142)of neurological nurses had participated in relevant training.The departments where 83.8%(119/142)neurological nurses worked had carried out neurological critical rehabilitation programs.Conclusion Neurological nurses'cognitive level of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing is low.Nurses with high age,high education,high professional title,and long working years have higher cognitive level of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing than other nurses.It is suggested that nursing managers establish and improve the training system of neurocritical rehabilitation nursing and improve their cognitive level and practical ability of neurological critical rehabilitation nursing.关键词
