摘要
Abstract
Anxiety is a common non-motor symptom of Parkinson's disease,which can occur at any stage of the disease.Due to the fact that the anxiety symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease are often masked by motor symptoms,and most diagnoses rely on subjective judgment,this symptom is easily overlooked,delaying early intervention and treatment,and reducing the quality of life of Parkinson's disease patients.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of anxiety associated with Parkinson's disease and improving early diagnosis is crucial.With the continuous development of neuroimaging technology,more and more studies have confirmed the correlation between neurochemical changes in Parkinson's disease and anxiety symptoms.This article reviews the research progress of neuroimaging techniques in the pathophysiological mechanisms of Parkinson's anxiety disorder.关键词
