半夏泻心汤加减治疗面部脂溢性皮炎临床研究OA

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on facial seborrheic dermatitis.Meth-ods:A total of 80 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis treated in Shanghai Jinshan TCM-Integrated Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the treatment group with 41 cases and the control group with 39 cases according to the random number table method.The treatment group was given Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction,while Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction.The improvement of skin lesions and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was82.93%,while that of the control group was61.54%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scale score,itching score and total score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differ-ences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis can improve the clinical efficacy,better the symptoms of patients with skin lesions,and promote the repair of skin lesions.
