569名精神科护士创新行为现况及影响因素分析OACSTPCD
Current status of innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses and its influencing factors
目的 了解精神科护士创新行为现状,分析影响创新行为的影响因素,有针对性地提升护士创新行为.方法 采取便利抽样法,选取 569 名精神科护士为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、专科护士工作投入量表、护士工作环境量表、护士创新行为量表进行调查.采用多元线性回归分析精神科护士创新行为的影响因素.结果 精神科护士创新行为总分为(30.72±7.87)分,条目均分为(3.07±0.79).多元线性回归分析结果显示:活力、奉献和高质量护理服务基础进入回归方程(P<0.01),共解释总变异量的 40.5%.结论 精神科护士创新行为处于中等水平,高质量的护理服务基础、护士活力和奉献精神是影响护士创新行为的重要因素.管理者可通过提升所属人员工作活力及爱岗奉献精神、改善护理服务基础等方式,提升护士群体创新行为水平.
Objective To understand the current situation of innovative behavior of nurses in psychiatric department,to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide reference for improving innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 569 psychiatric nurses in Shaanxi Province,and they were investigated by using General Information Questionnaire,Nurse Specialists Job Engagement Scale,Nurse Work Environment Scale and Nurse Innovative Behavior Scale.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses.Results The total score of innovative behavior was 30.72±7.87,and the average score of each item 3.07±0.79.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that vitality,dedication and high-quality nursing service entered into the regression equation(P<0.01),accounting for 40.5%of the total variation.Conclusion Innovative behavior of psychiatric nurses is at a middle level.It is suggested that managers stimulate their subjective innovative behavior and achievements by promoting work vitality and dedication,so as to improve the quality of nursing service and realize personal value.
