本研究对从山东威海双岛林场采集的松树枯萎样本进行分离培养、单孢纯化、致病性测定,得到一株能引起松树赤枯病的病原菌,编号为RCBHL.经形态学观察和多基因(ITS、TEF-1、TUB2)系统发育分析,将菌株鉴定为玫瑰拟盘多毛孢菌(Pestalotiopsis rosea).生物学特性测定结果表明,该菌株最适生长温度为20~25℃,最优生长培养基为PDA培养基,最适生长pH值为 6.0,最适光照条件为 24h光照.该研究结果可为松树赤枯病的防治提供理论依据.

In this experiment,the samples of pine needle blight were collected from the Shuangdao For-est Farm in Weihai,Shandong Province,and a pathogenetic strain RCBHL was obtained after separation and culture,single spore purification and pathogenicity identification test.According to morphological characteris-tics and multilocus phylogenetic(ITS,TEF-1 and TUB2)analyses,it was identified as Pestalotiopsis rosea.The testing results of biological characteristics showed that the optimum cultural conditions for P.rosea RCHBL included 20~25℃,6.0 of pH value,PDA culture medium and 24 h light.The research results would provide the theoretical basis for prevention and control of pine needle blight.
