园艺疗法对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能及生活质量的影响
Effect of Horticultural Therapy on Social Function and Quality of Life of Inpatients with Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of horticultural therapy on social function,subjective satisfaction and quality of life of inpatients with schizophrenia,aiming to provide a reference for promoting rehabilitation of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 160 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected who were admitted to the Shanghai Mental Health Center,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from October 2020 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the observation group(n=80).The control group was treated with routine medication and rehabilitation,whereas the observation group was additionally treated with 12-week,4-stage horticultural therapy.The scores of the Scale of Social Function for Psychiatric Inpatients(SSFPI),Life Satisfaction Index A(LSIA)and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)were compared between the two groups pre-and post-intervention.Results At 6 and 12 weeks post-intervention,the total scores of SSFPI and the scores of its three dimensions were lower in the observation group compared to the control group and the total scores of LSIA and SQLS and the scores of their three dimensions were higher in the observation group compared to the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Horticultural therapy can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of inpatients with schizophrenia,and promote the recovery of their social function.关键词
