Construction of an Evaluation Indicator System for Exercise Management in Patients Undergoing Insulin Therapy

Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation indicator system for exercise management in patients undergoing insulin therapy,aiming to provide a reference for the evaluation of exercise management quality in these patients.Methods The system was drafted through literature analysis and semi-structured interviews based on the three-dimensional(structure-process-outcome)quality structure model.Evaluation indicators and their weights for managing exercise of patients undergoing insulin therapy were determined using the Delphi method(expert consultation)and analytic hierarchy process.Results For the 2 rounds of consultation with 17 experts,questionnaire recovery rates were 100%,the authoritative coefficients were 0.88 and 0.90,Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.191 and 0.169,the importance of each indicator was assigned a value of 4.47‒5.00,and the coefficient of variation was 0-0.19.The final evaluation indicator system for exercise management in patients undergoing insulin therapy consisted of 3 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system for exercise management in patients undergoing insulin therapy is comprehensive and logically structured,incorporating scientifically validated weight settings.The system offers valuable guidance for medical management departments in evaluating the quality of exercise management of patients undergoing insulin therapy.关键词
