康复新液治疗头颈部肿瘤患者放射性皮炎效果的Meta分析OA

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on radiodermatitis of patients with head and neck cancers.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of radiodermatitis induced by radiotherapy of head and neck cancers were retrieved in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,SinoMed,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from their establishment to September 2023.Two individuals screened articles,evaluated article quality and extracted data from the articles independently,and then analyzed the obtained data using Revman 5.4 software.Results A total of 10 articles in Chinese were included,involving 688 patients.Based on the meta-analysis results,the overall efficacy of the radiodermatitis in the Kangfuxin Liquid group was superior to that in the control group,with a significant difference[OR=4.04,95%CI(2.29,7.15),P<0.05];the incidence of grade II or above radiodermatitis in the Kangfuxin Liquid group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference[OR=0.34,95%CI(0.19,0.63),P<0.05].Conclusion Current evidence indicates that Kangfuxin Liquid has a significant effect on radiodermatitis in patients with head and neck cancers,and can reduce the incidence of grade II or above radiodermatitis in these patients.
