液氦作为一种重要的制冷剂,在超导技术、宇宙空间技术和低温电子学等领域应用广泛.氦液化的关键在于低温技术的突破,目前氦液化技术已从实验室阶段发展到产业化阶段,广泛应用于多个领域.从氦液化技术、系统构成、工艺等方面论述了氦液化的原理及流程;分析了目前国内外氦液化系统的发展现状,经过多年的努力,国内氦液化系统的技术已经取得了显著进展.未来氦液化系统的技术发展将重点关注万瓦级氦液化器的国产化以及mK级氦液化器大冷量制冷机的研制.这些技术的突破将有助于满足更高氦液化率的需求,推动前沿科技领域的发展,并为中国在国际低温工程领域的竞争中占据有利地位.

Liquid helium,as an important refrigerant,finds extensive use in various sectors,including superconducting technology,aerospace technology,and cryoelectronics.The success of helium liquefaction lies in the breakthrough of cryogenic technology.Currently,helium liquefaction technology has progressed from the laboratory experimental stage to the industrial application,becoming prevalent in various sectors.This paper expounds the principles and processes of helium liquefaction technology,covering aspects like helium liquefaction technology,system components and process.It also analyzes the development status of helium liquefaction systems both at home and abroad.With years of dedicated effort,China has achieved significant advancements in helium liquefaction technology.Looking ahead,the technological evolution of helium liquefaction systems will prioritize the domestic production of megawatt-class helium liquefiers and the research and development of high-capacity refrigerators for mK-class helium liquefiers.Such technological breakthroughs will be instrumental in fulfilling the demand for higher helium liquefaction efficiency,promoting development in cutting-edge scientific fields such as quantum computing,and securing a competitive edge for China in the global arena of cryogenic engineering.
