冷光美白联合渗透树脂对氟斑牙的美白效果研究OACSTPCD

Objective To explore the whitening effect of micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument and penetrating resin in the treatment of dental fluorosis.Methods 84 patients with dental fluorosis who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to random number table.The control group patients were treated with micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument,and the study group was treated with micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument and osmotic resin.The clinical efficacy,improvement degree of stain,tooth sensitivity,pain and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the stain score of both groups decreased,and the stain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The tooth sensitivity and VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Micro-grinding combined with cold light whitening instrument and penetrating resin has a good aesthetic effect in the treatment of dental fluorosis,which can effectively improve tooth aesthetics,reduce tooth sensitivity and pain,and improve patient satisfaction.
