Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Wuxing Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of children with dyspepsia and spleen and stomach weakness.Method:A total of 100 children with dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness admitted to Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)by random number table method.The study group was treated with modified Wuxing Jianpi Decoction and the control group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom remission time,serum biochemical indexes and frequency of gastric antrum were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms(loss of appetite,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting)in the study group were relieved earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)were lower than those before treatment,after treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of PGⅡ was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of gastric antrum contraction in both groups was faster than those before treatment,and that in the study group was faster than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with modified Wuxing Jianpi Decoction can improve clinical efficacy,shorten symptom relief time,regulate serum biochemical indicators,and improve frequency of gastric antrum in children with dyspepsia and spleen stomach weakness syndrome.关键词
