Abstract
Objective:To explore the specific effect of Triptorelin Acetate combined with sex hormone replacement therapy on infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 80 infertile women with PCOS who were treated in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sex hormone replacement therapy,and the observation group was treated with Triptorelin Acetate combined with sex hormone replacement therapy.Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles.Endometrial,sex hormone levels,ovulation promoting related indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the endometrial conversion time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E2)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the luteinizing hormone(LH),serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T)were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group had higher numbers of oocytes,high-quality embryos,transferred embryos,and normal fertilization rates compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Triptorelin Acetate combined with sex hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of infertile patients with PCOS can effectively increase the intimal thickness,regulate the level of sex hormones,improve the results of IVE-ET,and has good safety.关键词
