双改良Limberg皮瓣和Karydakis皮瓣技术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的临床疗效比较
Comparison of the clinical effects of the double-modified Limberg flap and Karydakis flap techniques in the treatment of pilonidal sinus

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the double-modified Limberg and Karydakis flap techniques in the treatment of pilonidal sinuses.Methods Eighty patients with pilonidal sinuses attending the Department of Colorectal Surgery,Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from June 2015 to June 2019 were enrolled.The randomized digital table method was used to divide the patients into the Limberg flap technique group(Limberg group)and the Karydakis flap technique group(Karydakis group),with 40 patients in each group.The operation time,amount of intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,time taken to return to work,complications,recur-rence and treatment over a 3-year follow-up period were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time was significantly longer in the Limberg group than in the Karydakis group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the amount of intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,or return time between the two groups(all P>0.05).The incidence of complications(blisters,seroma,incision dehiscence,flap necrosis,hematoma,and incision infection)in the Limberg group and the Karydakis group was 20％and 5％,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the 3-year follow-up period,there was one case of recur-rence in each group.All patients with recurrence underwent surgical resection with good postoperative results(stage Ⅱ healing).Conclu-sion The double-modified Limberg flap and Karydakis flap technique may be effective for the treatment of pilonidal sinuses.Compared with the double-modified Limberg flap technique,the incidence of complications was lower and the operation time was shorter with the Karydakis flap technique.关键词
