The New Era"Fengqiao Model"and Based on the Rule of Law to Prevent and Resolve Contradictions and Disputes

Abstract
With the leadership of the Communist Party of China as the core leadership,the people's position as the fundamental starting point,the mass line as the main working method,and the"four governance integration"of autonomy,rule of law,moral governance,and intelligent governance as the basic institutional connotation,the New Era"Fengqiao Model"has kept pace with the times and has become an important endogenous experience in the field of grassroots social governance in China,playing a key role in promoting the construction of a safe and harmonious society in practice.The New Era"Fengqiao Model"mainly plays a role in the prevention and resolution of grassroots conflicts and disputes.In this process,it is necessary to gradually establish a normative system for grassroots governance and an implementation system for grassroots rule of law,forming a good legal atmosphere for the whole people to consciously abide by the law.关键词
