从脾肾关系探讨糖尿病肾病防治思路
Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy from Relationship Between Spleen and Kidney
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common diabetic complications in clinic and is the major cause of end-stage renal disease.According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,diabetic nephropathy belongs to the category of edema and turbid urine secondary to diabetes.The disease cause involves factors such as insufficient endowment and improper diet,with the manifestations such as eating more,drinking more and urinating more,body weight loss,and turbid urine,and the disease mechanism is mixed deficiency and excess.Based on the theory of interrelated spleen and kidney,the disease cause and mechanism of diabetic nephropathy are explored.It is held that deficiency of spleen and kidney and failing to regulating water and fluids are the fundamental disease mechanism of diabetic nephropathy,usually accompanied with deficiency of both spleen and kidney,or with abnormal metabolism of water and blood stasis.From the three aspects,namely invigorating spleen to regulate water,warming earth to regulate water,and consolidating root and cultivating origin,the specific application of spleen and kidney in the process of clinical differentiation and treatment of diabetes was summarized,in order to provide new ideas and reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy in TCM.关键词
