雌激素在疾病性别差异中的作用及机制研究进展OACSTPCD
Research Progress of Estrogen in Regulating Gender Differences in Disease
男女性别在染色体组成、人体结构、代谢过程及激素种类和水平等方面存在诸多差异,这些差异使得不同性别对疾病表现出不同的生理反应并产生截然不同的病理结果.作为卵巢分泌的最重要的雌激素,雌二醇不仅参与调控第二性征的维持,近年来越来越多的研究证实,雌二醇在各种疾病的性别差异中发挥重要作用.本文系统论述了雌二醇及其受体的作用机制以及雌二醇对免疫性疾病和训练免疫的影响,也综述了雌二醇在肿瘤等其他重要疾病中的最新研究成果.对雌二醇的研究一方面可以帮助人们更好地理解免疫性疾病的性别差异成因,另一方面可为疾病预防及治疗提供新的思路和靶点,这对深入了解人体病理生理过程和提高疾病临床治疗效果都有着十分重要的指导意义.
There are many differences between men and women in terms of chromosome composition,body structure,metabolic processes,and hormone types and levels,which make different genders show different physiological responses to diseases and produce very distinct pathological outcomes.More and more studies have confirmed that estradiol,the most important estrogen secreted by the ovary,not only participates in the maintenance of secondary sexual characteristics,but also plays an important role in the gender differences of various diseases.This article systematically discussed the mechanism of estradiol and its receptors as well as the effects of estradiol on immune diseases and trained immunity,and also reviewed the latest research progress of estradiol in other important diseases such as tumors.The study of estradiol can help us better un-derstand the causes of gender differences in immune diseases,and provide new ideas and targets for disease prevention and treatment.It is also of great significance for in-depth understanding of human pathophysiology and improvement of clinical disease treatment.
