Wnt信号通路对动物毛囊周期性发育的调控作用研究进展OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research Progress on the Regulation Mechanism of Wnt Signaling Pathway in Hair Follicle Genesis and Periodic Development
动物毛囊发育经历生长期、退行期和休止期 3 个时期,每个时期均受到不同信号分子的精准调控.诸多研究表明,在毛囊发生发育中,Wnt信号通路不仅可直接调节毛囊的形成及周期性循环,还通过与其他信号通路的交联作用,发挥间接调控作用.本文对哺乳动物毛囊的生物学特性、Wnt信号通路在毛囊发育的调控作用及与其他通路的互作进行综述,为改善家畜(羊毛、驼毛)和经济动物(貂毛、兔毛、狐狸毛)等的毛发品质和增加其产量提供理论依据.
Animal hair follicle development goes through three periods:anagen,catagen and telogen,and each period is precisely regulated by different signaling molecules.Many studies have shown that the Wnt signaling pathway not only directly regulates the formation and cycling of hair follicles,but also indirectly regulates the development of hair follicles through cross-linking with other signaling pathways.The aim of this paper is to review the biological properties of mammalian hair follicles,the regulatory role of the Wnt signaling pathway in hair follicle development and its interactions with other pathways,and then to find new ways to improve the quality of hair and increase production.This is of great economic importance to the wool,textile and tanning industries.
