The Training Paths of the Connotation of Technical and Skilled Talents'Competence Under the Background of the Development of New Quality Productive Forces
在新质生产力发展背景下,技术技能人才的能力内涵有显著的扩展与深化.技术技能人才的培养应结合新质生产力的特点,注重理论与实践的融合、前沿知识与技能的更新以及创新能力的培育,以满足产业基础高级化和产业链现代化的发展需求.根据新质生产力发展背景下技术技能人才能力内涵的变化,构建了包括素质、知识和岗位能力的三维能力内涵体系,对不同能力进行细化并明确其培养阶段,提出"中职—高职专科—高职本科"贯通的技术技能人才进阶培养模式,即一体化构建人才培养目标和教学标准、系统性制定人才培养方案和课程体系、集中化打造公共实践基地、协同化建设校企合作师资队伍.
In the context of the development of new quality productive forces,the connotation of technical and skilled talents'competence has significantly expanded and deepened.The cultivation of technical and skilled talents should be combined with the characteristics of new quality productive forces,focusing on the integration of theory and practice,updating cutting-edge knowledge and skills,and cultivating innovative abilities to meet the development needs of advanced industrial foundations and modernization of industrial chains.Based on the changes in the connotation of technical and skilled talents'competence under the context of the development of new quality productive forces,a three-dimensional competence connotation system including literacy,knowledge,and job capabilities has been constructed.Different abilities have been refined and their training stages have been clarified.A"Secondary education-higher vocational education-undergraduate education"advanced cultivation model for technical and skilled talents has been proposed,which integrates the construction of talent training goals and teaching standards,systematically formulates talent training plans and curriculum systems,centralizes the construction of public practice bases,and collaboratively builds a school enterprise cooperative teaching staff.
