职业教育赋能非遗传承:可为、有为与善为OA
Vocational Education Empowers the Inheritance and Innovation of Intangible Cultural Heritage:"Can Do""Have Done"and"Well Done"
非遗作为人类文化的重要遗产,其保护与传承至关重要.职业教育凭借其专业性与实践性强的特点,成为赋能非遗传承的重要力量.职业教育具有专业化的师资力量、丰富的教育教学资源、广泛的社会支持等赋能非遗传承的"可为"优势,通过人才培养、产学研创结合、文化传播与影响力等实现赋能非遗传承的"有为"成效.为此,从注重资源分配与整合、提升教学质量与实效性、防范市场与商业化风险、实现教育与传承有效融合、推动国际化与跨文化交流等方面提出"善为"之策,并对职业教育赋能非遗传承的"可为""有为"与"善为"之间的辨证关系进行分析,以期打造一个既尊重传统又拥抱创新的非遗传承教育生态,为非遗的长远发展注入新的活力.
Intangible cultural heritage,as an important part of human culture,is crucial to protect and pass on.Vocational education,with its strong professionalism and practical nature,has become a significant force in empowering the transmission of intangible cultural heritage.Vocational education has the"potential"advantages of empowering the transmission of intangible cultural heritage through its specialized faculty,abundant educational resources,and extensive social support.It achieves the"substantial"effects of empowering the transmission of intangible cultural heritage through talent cultivation,the integration of production,education,research,and innovation,as well as cultural dissemination and influence.By focusing on resource allocation and integration,improving teaching quality and effectiveness,preventing market and commercialization risks,achieving effective integration of education and transmission,and promoting internationalization and cross-cultural exchanges,it proposes"strategies"for better empowerment.It also analyzes the dialectical relationship between the"potential,""substantial,"and"strategic"aspects of vocational education empowering the transmission of intangible cultural heritage,aiming to create an intangible cultural heritage education ecosystem that respects tradition while embracing innovation,thus injecting new vitality and momentum into the long-term development of intangible cultural heritage.
