高质量发展是建设教育强国的必然之路,也是职业教育现代化的理性选择,其中又以课程高质量发展为焦点议题.从工具理性到价值理性的课程质量观转换、从要素聚集到结构优化的课程效率观变革、从供应导向到需求助推的课程动力观转型,是职业教育课程高质量发展的逻辑旨归,职业教育课程呈现出更秩序的类型特征,更长远的未来性品质,更和谐的整体性特质,更持续的生态性品格.职业教育课程高质量发展的实践行动包括瞄准技以谋生—技以载道的课程目标定位,优化理实一体—能力递进的课程体系设计,聚焦适需适时—技能适配的课程内容供给,以及遵循无序转化—有序生成的课程实施逻辑.
High-quality development is an inevitable path to build a strong education nation and a rational choice for modernizing vocational education,with a focus on the development of high-quality vocational education curriculum.The transformation from instrumental rationality to value rationality in the concept of curriculum quality,the shift from element aggregation to structural optimization in curriculum efficiency,and the transformation from supply orientation to demand-driven curriculum dynamics represent the logical core of high-quality development in vocational education curriculum.Vocational education curriculum exhibits more orderly typological characteristics,more long-term prospective qualities,more harmonious holistic features,and more sustainable ecological attributes.Practical actions for the high-quality development of vocational education curriculum include targeting livelihood skills and career-oriented curriculum goal setting,optimizing integrated theoretical and practical learning and progressive competency curriculum design,focusing on timely and demand-driven skill adaptation in curriculum content provision,and following a logic of transformation from disorder to orderly generation in curriculum implementation.
