新质生产力发展背景下高职劳动教育:理念转型及创新路径OA北大核心
Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Development of New Quality Productivity:Concept Transformation and Innovation Paths
高职教育是培养工程技术人才和产业工人队伍的主体力量,在助力新质生产力形成中发挥着重要作用.高职劳动教育应契合新质生产力对新质技术技能人才的需求,在劳动价值观上实现从"责任义务"向"个性创造"转变,在劳动技能观上实现从"专精单一"向"跨界复合"转变,在劳动素养观上实现从"标准高效"向"自主创意"转变.但目前高职劳动教育实施在理念层面存在地位"失重"且导向"有偏",在实践层面存在过程"失真"且内容"陈旧",在师资层面存在数量"不足"且能力"不够",在保障层面存在评价"失准"且投入"失焦"等问题.为此,应提升地位明导向,重塑劳动教育观;依托课程求实效,更新劳动教育内容;强化队伍增力量,提升劳动教育水平;科学评价立准绳,夯实劳动教育效果.
Higher vocational education is the main force in cultivating engineering and technical talents and industrial workers,playing an important role in promoting the formation of new quality productivity.The implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges should be in line with the demand of new quality productivity for new quality technical and skilled talents.Labor education in higher vocational colleges should realize the transformation from"responsibility and obligation"to"personalized creation"in the values of labor education,from"specialization and singularity"to"cross-border and composite"in the views of labor skills,and from"standard efficiency"to"independent creativity"in the views of labor literacy.To respond to the challenges of new quality productivity,the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges has a"weightless"and biased"position in terms of ideology",a"distorted"process and outdated contents in terms of practice,a"insufficient"quantity and insufficient capabilities in terms of team level,and a"inaccurate"evaluation and"out of focus"investment in terms of guarantee.In order to effectively improve the implementation effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to elevate the status orientation and reshape the concept of labor education;to rely on courses for practical results and update contents to keep up with the times;to strengthen the team and enhance its capabilities to promote development;to establish scientific evaluation criteria and focus on investment to ensure long-term effectiveness.
